A few minutes ago I started wondering what you did to relax yourself this morning.
I now take time to journal and meditate everyday, but that wasn't always the case.
At one point I had a 2 hour drive to work and usually would prioritize getting on the road instead of taking some time for myself. It almost seemed too stressful to add anything else in.
But then I started realizing I was a better version of me when I meditated, even if it was only for 10 minutes in the morning.
